No, swimming ability is a requirement to participate in this course.
To participate, you need a (Junior) Open Water Diver certificate, a valid medical certificate from a physician for diving (not older than 1 year), and you must be at least 12 years old, physically fit, and able to swim.
The price includes 5 adventure dives, 5 theory modules, the guidance of a certified SSI instructor, all learning materials, tank refills, and the SSI registration fee and certificate. High-quality diving equipment can also be included optionally.
No, high-quality diving equipment can be provided for you. This is an optional service.
The course consists of 5 theory modules and 5 adventure dives. Two dives, "navigation" and "deep diving", are mandatory. You can choose the other three from a list of specialties like night diving, wreck diving, or boat diving.
You should bring your dive brevet (certification card) and your log book. It is also recommended to arrive 1-2 days before the course starts to take care of the paperwork.
