PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course at Kalivaki Beach

If you're already a certified PADI Open Water diver, then this course right here is the next step to take! Bring your diving skills to the next level by completing a total of 5 adventure dives! While 2 types of dives are required, you're free to choose the 3 other ones. Why not use your time in Crete and explore the world-famous, tourist-attracting and awe-inspiring Elephant Cave?

Goal of the course The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course allows you to broaden your diving horizon by letting you try out new types of diving.

Meeting & Preparation Before the course, you will be expected to complete the theoretical part via e-Learning at home. On the first day of the course, depending on whether you'll use our hotel pick-up service or not, we'll either meet at your hotel between 8:10 and 8:45 am or at 8:10 am at our school's office in Rethymno. We'll then all be at 9 am at our beach base at Kalivaki beach. If you arrive by car, parking is widely available nearby. Once there, your instructor will give you a short briefing on the basics of diving, the safety rules and the equipment used. After the briefing, you'll be ready for your diving adventure! If you wish to use our pick-up service, simply let us know beforehand and we'll gladly come pick you up from your hotel.

Course content - Day 1: Deep Dive (18-30 m) - Day 2: Underwater Navigation Dive + Adventure Dive - Day 3: 2 Adventure Dives Children between the ages of 12 and 14 will receive the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification which will automatically change to the adult certification once they turn 15. With the certificate, young divers will be allowed to dive up to 21 m together with another certified diver. Note: The order and length of the individual parts of the course can change and will be individually adapted by the instructor.
