Make your first foray into the world of scuba diving with our introduction to Scuba Diving! This course is ideal for anyone who wants to try out scuba diving for the first time while on holiday in Crete. It doesn't cost you a lot of time and allows you to jump right into the fun part of scuba diving.
Goal of the course
As part of this course, you will develop a set of basic scuba diving skills and learn to dive to a maximum depth of 10m. The programme gives you the chance to experience the thrilling adventure that is diving – always under strict supervision of a qualified instructor.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our dive centre in the morning where we will check you in and take care of all the formalities. You will be given a 30-minute theoretical introduction in which we will teach you about how to use your scuba gear. After that, you will receive your rental equipment for the day and are ready to get started with the practical dives.

- 1 Theory Lesson
- 1 Practice Dive in the Pool or in confined water
- 1 or 2 Open Water Dives (If you choose the Discover Scuba Diving Plus programme, you get to participate in a second Open Water Dive, either from the shore or from the boat)
