Breathe the fresh mountain air surrounded by a spectacular alpine scenery during our guided hike to the top of Raduha mountain (2062m) in Upper Savinja Valley. Accompanied by a certified hiking guide who leads the way and is happy to share his local knowledge, you conquer the peak and enjoy breathtaking views over the whole valley. This relaxed hike is perfect for all nature lovers and families with kids from 10 years of age are welcome to join. On the way down there will be the chance to taste local dishes during our well-deserved lunch break at Koča na Loki mountain hut. Tour Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at our camp at 6:15 am. Here you will meet your guide and receive an overview of the day as well as a safety briefing. Then we get into our cars and take you to the starting point of our hike. The drive there takes about 1 hour. You are welcome to leave some of your personal belongings in the locked car.
- Tour:
From the car park, we reach Koča na Loki mountain hut within 10 minutes of walking. Then follows a 2-hour ascent to the peak of Raduha mountain, where we take a break to enjoy the fantastic views over the valley. The descend back to Koča na Loki mountain hut takes around 1.5 hours.
- Return:
At the hut, you can get lunch and relax for a bit before we return to the car park. After the hike, we take you back to our base by car.Tour facts
