Details
This canoe-kayak trip starts upstream from Brantôme. A shuttle will take you to the start in Fontaine with all your equipment, including a canoe slide. You'll then set off for a pleasant trip downstream: around the centre of Brantôme, past the dam with its waterslide, then a peaceful paddle along the river to the foot of the Château de Bourdeilles. You can take a picnic break along the way or enjoy the picnic area by the river at the base. The bus will take you back to the Allo Canoës base between 4.30pm and 4.45pm. This is an ideal outing for families and friends, with plenty of surprises and fun in store!
Tour programme
We meet at our base 1 km from Brantôme30 min before the booked time (departure of the shuttle bus). You will find a large free car park on the spot. You will be greeted by our team, who will give you your equipment (boat and life jacket) and explain the safety instructions. Then you will board our shuttle to reach the starting point of the tour.
You return to the base about 5 hours after the start of the tour, where you can return your equipment. Don't leave without visiting Brantôme, this time on foot!
