Experience the thrill of snowboarding with our private snowboarding lessons for all levels in the stunning Ötztal. Whether for children aged 6 years and up, or adults, you will receive your snowboard instructor's full, dedicated attention, ensuring a focused and effective learning experience. These lessons are entirely tailored to your specific needs, pace, and goals, offering a personalized approach to building confidence and skill on the board.
Beginners will start by mastering the fundamentals, such as balancing on the edge and executing your first controlled turns. Understanding these basics is crucial for progressing safely and confidently on the slopes. For more experienced snowboarders, the focus shifts to technique refinement—linking smoother turns, speed control, and tackling varied terrain. Our highly trained instructors are committed to ensuring every rider achieves their personal breakthroughs and enjoys the learning process.
Lessons are available either one-on-one or in a small private group of up to six participants. We recommend forming groups with similar skill levels and objectives to maximize progress for everyone. Each session is held at the picturesque Ötztal ski resort, renowned for its captivating alpine scenery and state-of-the-art facilities. Our lessons offer flexible starting times, allowing you to seamlessly integrate your instruction into your holiday schedule. With our instructors' extensive expertise and passion for teaching, you are sure to enjoy a memorable, productive, and truly bespoke snowboarding experience in the beautiful Ötztal.
We meet at our ski school office and rental shop, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. If you booked with equipment (to be added to your cart during check-out), please be at the shop 1 hour before the start to pick up your equipment.
For full-day lessons, we will take a 1-hour break (4 hours skiing, 1 hour break = 5 hours). Lunch care and a meal is not included but can be booked on-site if wished.
If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.

The activity Private Snowboarding Lessons for Kids (from 6 y.) & Adults of All Levels by Ski School Feelfree Hochoetz in Oetz-Hochoetz is available every day, from December 5, 2026 through April 17, 2027. Each day offers 7 start times between 9:00 and 15:00. Sessions last 1 to 4 hours and are offered as private activities for up to 6 participants. Prices range from €80.00 to €300.00.
