This freediving lesson is reserved for freediving enthusiasts who already have at least some experience freediving. In a private session or in a small group of up to 4 people, your certified instructor will provide you with an adapted and personalized programme to work on your technique in the best conditions. As you descend into the depths of the magnificent Lake Annecy, you will benefit from the expertise of your instructor who will help you hold your breath for longer and dive even further.
Free dive area
You will go into the water from the Marquisats beach (at the foot of our base) on the shores of Lake Annecy with its exceptional natural and mountainous landscapes. A few metres are enough to access deeper water.
Programme
We meet directly at our base located on the Marquisats beach. Once you've got all your equipment on, your instructor will start the session with some personalized preparation based on your experience. Then, you will be able to move on to vertically freediving along a rope with rest times between the different exercises. Throughout the lesson, your instructor will be there to give you advice on how to improve your technique. They will also ensure your safety and stand by to intervene if necessary. Not everyone has the same physical abilities, so the instructor will adapt the exercises accordingly. If you are comfortable, they will suggest that you go deeper, up to 75 metres.

Can I take part if I can't swim, and are life jackets/floating devices provided (including for kids)?
No, the ability to swim is a requirement to participate in this activity.
What level of experience do I need for this lesson?
This lesson is designed for people who already have some freediving experience. The instructor will adapt the programme to your personal level.

The price includes the certified guide, insurance and all the high-quality equipment you need for the dive, including a wetsuit, mask, fins, octopus, weights and a freediving computer. A GoPro can also be provided on request.
