About REDA Apnea & Swim Annecy
REDA Apnea & Swil is the first club in the region of Annecy to offer freediving training sessions to beginners as well as to experienced divers, following the FFESSM freediving curriculum and the CMAS label. You will learn the different methods to stay underwater and discover a whole new world in small groups or in private lessons, at your own pace and according to your abilities and desires. Our certified instructors will be happy to accompany you on your unique freediving experience in Lake Annecy with high-quality equipment.

He is passionate about his job and knows how to teach it very well. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children 9 and 12 years old), and we all loved it.
The lessons take place directly in the lake which is a strong point and Reda is not looking at the time, it is very appreciable!
