Surf Lessons (from 14 y.) on Matosinhos Beach near Porto

If you are looking for the perfect spot to go surfing, search no further and join us in Matosinhos. Our course is perfect for all people, starting from 14 years of age, regardless of their level. Our instructors will welcome you and create groups of 5 people based on your experience level. We will supervise you, and give you advice, in order to help you progress. At first, we will practice on the sand, before facing the waves and the foam. Beginners will go close to the long breakwater of the harbour, at the North of the beach, where the waves are easier to surf. Therefore, you will have a great time right from your first lesson onwards and experience quick progress. The further south you go from on the beach, the more intense the waves become. We can then easily adapt to your level and work on some more advanced techniques - whatever your heart desires.

Meeting & Preparation In this part of the Portuguese shore, we can surf either at low or at high tide. You should be at the base 30 min before the beginning of your lesson. We are close to the subway station Matosinhos Sul, and many bus lines stop nearby. We will talk about your level, your expectations, and provide you with the complete equipment. Our instructors will also talk you through a quick briefing on the beach before beginning the warm-up. This whole preparation time lasts 30 min, and we guarantee you 1 hour in the water.
