Details
Make your holiday in Palermo truly unforgettable with our boat trip to Capo Zafferano. Departing from Porto della Cala we will head south, having a splendid view of the Gulf of Palermo. This area is rich in fish, so if you wish, we can even set up our fishing gear and hope for a good catch!
We will first reach Baia dei Francesi, a rocky beach nestled under a cliff, accessible only by sea or via a path. Here we will stop for about an hour, and you can swim and snorkel in the deep turquoise waters of this bay. Once everyone is back on board, we will resume navigating around the headland to reach the Arco Azzurro, a natural arch connecting the two walls of a rocky inlet at the height of 11 metres. From this point onwards, the coast will be rockier and interspersed with small inlets like the ones called Piscine. We will continue navigating to Capo Zafferano, also called Napoleon's Hat because of its particular shape, reminiscent of the bicorn used by Napoleon.
Once near Capo Zafferano, you can dive back into the water while we prepare a small apéritif for you. Our last stop will be the Capo Zafferano lighthouse, located at the foot of an imposing rock face. After about 4 hours spent discovering this extraordinary coastline, we will head back to Palermo.
