About the Activity

What to Expect

Our kids ski lessons at Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See are perfect for kids between 4 and 13 years, no matter their level. The group size of maximum 12 kids per instructors ensure fast progress and safety. Nestled in a stunning alpine setting, this resort boasts 30km blue slopes, 28km red and 19km black, offering a diverse range of terrains for every ability. The gentle slopes paired with a magic carpet make it an ideal place for youngsters to gain confidence on the snow.

The lessons are led by knowledgeable instructors who focus on teaching essential skills in a playful and kids-friendly way. Beginners will learn to navigate the slopes effectively, while more advanced skiers will have the opportunity to refine their techniques and master steeper slopes. Our highlight of the week are our races, where your kids can show what they have learned. The race takes place every Thursday

With the option for lunch care, which can be booked daily on-site, the lessons are thoughtfully organised to cater to the needs of both children and parents.

Great! Great lessons, the children learned a lot and were quickly placed in higher groups. I'm impressed—very good.

Our children (4-5) are taking their first year of ski lessons. We signed up for a full day right away, hoping for success; they can always pick them up later. It went really well, the instructors were great, the lunch was good, and they learned a lot. I would definitely recommend a full day because they learn faster and have a really fun day full of activities!
