What to Expect

These ski lessons for adults from 16 years in Zell am See are ideal for skiers with previous experience, offering an opportunity to enhance skills, gain confidence, and enjoy skiing in a group. Located in the stunning Schmittenhöhe - Zell am See - Kaprun ski resort, the area offers 77 kilometres of slopes, catering to all levels of ability. Whether you are an intermediate, or an advanced skier, these lessons are tailored to your needs. With a maximum group size of 12 participants, you will benefit from personalised guidance from experienced instructors while enjoying the sociable atmosphere of group learning.

Intermediate skiers will work on mastering parallel skiing, refining their technique, and learning to navigate more varied terrain with increased control and speed. Lessons for advanced skiers focus on enhancing carving techniques, improving precision, and building the skills needed to conquer steeper slopes like the resort's iconic "Trass" downhill run, which features challenging gradients of up to 70%.

The lessons combine expert instruction with engaging, varied exercises to keep you motivated and progressing. By the end of the course, you will not only have improved your skills but also gained the confidence to enjoy more challenging slopes. These lessons provide a supportive and enjoyable environment for adults to advance their skiing abilities while experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Zell am See.

Meeting Time

Please visit the selected ski school office either the day before or on the day of the lesson, latest 45 minutes before the lesson. The offices are located at the bottom stations of the following cable cars: AreitXpress, CityXpress and TrassXpress.

For the actual lesson: Depending on what location you book, we will meet 30 minutes before the start of the lesson at one of our ski school offices at the bottom stations of the cable cars AreitXpress, CityXpress or TrassXpress.

When you come to one of our ski school offices before the start of your lesson, you will get all the information about what ski pass you will need.

Good to Know

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• If a group has fewer than 4 participants, either groups will be merged or the lesson time will be shortened

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels or change instructor during the course
