Join us for an unforgettable two-day Icelandic adventure, where you'll hunt for the Northern Lights at night and discover the breathtaking beauty of Goðafoss Waterfall and the Forest Lagoon the following day. Our journey begins late in the evening, as we leave the city lights behind in search of the mesmerizing Northern Lights. The north of Iceland offers some of the best viewing conditions, and our expert guides will choose the optimal location for the best chance to witness this natural phenomenon. Be prepared to be awed by the vibrant colors dancing across the night sky.

The second day starts with a scenic drive along the coast of Eyjafjordur, one of Iceland's longest fjords. Our first stop is the magnificent Goðafoss Waterfall, where you can marvel at the cascading waters that hold significant historical and cultural importance. Next, we pause at Eyjafjordur itself to capture stunning panoramic views over the fjord and the charming town of Akureyri. This is a perfect opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture the beauty of Iceland.

Continuing our journey, we arrive at the tranquil Forest Lagoon, where you can relax in the soothing geothermal springs surrounded by lush forest. The naturally heated waters are the perfect way to unwind and reflect on the day's experiences. Throughout the tour, you will be traveling in a comfortable bus equipped, ensuring a pleasant ride. • Departure from Akureyri

• Day 1 (9:30 pm): Northern Lights excursion to the best spots around Akureyri

• Return to hotel

• Day 2 (10 am): Coast of Eyjafjörður, Goðafoss Waterfall, Forest Lagoon

• Return to hotel or the airport

How to Get There

We either pick you up or we meet in Akureyri in front of Hotel Kea, 15 minutes before departure.

• Please note that Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and can be subject to weather, so their visibility cannot be guaranteed. We decide around 6pm every day if the conditions are favorable to operate the tour. If the evening tour goes ahead and the Northern Lights are not seen, we will offer the trip again for free.
