These private snowboarding lessons for kids from 7 years on and adults at Snow School Stuhleck in Semmering provide the ideal environment to either learn the fundamentals of snowboarding from scratch or to advance existing skills. Located in the scenic Stuhleck Resort, with 24 kilometres of slopes ranging from beginner to advanced, it’s an excellent destination for all skill levels. The resort’s modern facilities and extensive trail options make it a favorite for families and individual learners alike.
During the first part of the lesson, beginners will become familiar with their equipment and learn the importance of stance and balance on the gentle slopes of the designated beginner area. These snowboarding basics will then serve as the foundation for more advanced techniques. More experienced snowboarders will move on to steeper slopes to refine their techniques, improving control and speed on the mountain. There is also a fun park that can be used if there is enough snow.
Snow School Stuhleck offers a unique learning experience with skilled instructors who utilize engaging and effective teaching methods. Lessons are typically held in small groups with a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring individualized attention and a supportive learning environment. Whether you're a young beginner or an adult eager to improve your snowboarding, these lessons provide a structured and enjoyable way to develop your skills.
We meet at the ski school office, at the two big flags, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.
If you book the 4 hour option, there will be a lunch break. Our instructors will be happy to have lunch with you. The meal itself is not included in the price.
First-timers and beginners do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass. Advanced skiers need a ski pass for the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ticket office before the first lesson.
