What to Expect

These ski lessons for kids aged 5 to 12 at Snow School Stuhleck in Semmering are tailored for young skiers with previous experience, helping them improve their skills and build confidence on the slopes. Located in the picturesque Stuhleck Resort, which boasts 24 kilometres of slopes, the resort offers a variety of trails for all skill levels, from gentle beginner runs to steeper advanced slopes.

The lessons are adapted to different skill levels to ensure every child progresses at their own pace. Beginners who have skied before will revisit the basics, focusing on refining stopping techniques and practicing smooth turns on gentle slopes. These essential skills are vital for building control and confidence before advancing to steeper terrain. Intermediate skiers will work on developing their parallel skiing technique, learning to navigate steeper runs with improved balance and rhythm. Advanced skiers will focus on enhancing their carving techniques, mastering short turns, and skiing on challenging slopes with greater speed and control, preparing them for technical trails and diverse snow conditions.

With expert instruction from professionally trained ski teachers, the lessons take place in small groups with a maximum of 10 children, allowing for personalised attention and a supportive learning environment. These ski lessons at Stuhleck provide young experienced skiers with the perfect opportunity to hone their abilities, develop advanced skills, and enjoy the excitement of skiing in one of Austria’s most family-friendly resorts.

Meeting Time

We meet at the ski school office, at the two big flags, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
