Join us for this half-day freediving initiation along the west coast of Martinique! This course is perfect for those wanting to get familiar with the world of freediving. The programme includes a breathing course lasting about an hour, which will help you master the essential techniques for freediving. Following this, you will participate in a vertical freediving course of approximately three hours, allowing you to practice what you have learned in a controlled and safe environment.
Our course takes you to some of the most beautiful dive spots on the island, including Anse du Four, Anse Noire, Épave du Nahoon, and Ansés d'Arlet. These stunning locations offer an array of underwater wonders to explore, from vibrant coral reefs to historic wrecks. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the clear waters, experiencing the tranquillity and beauty of the marine world firsthand.
The trial dives are conducted in the gentle waters of these bays, where you can take your first breaths underwater with confidence. The theoretical aspect of the course is taught in a relaxed manner, ensuring you grasp the concepts before diving. Included in this experience are all necessary equipment and guidance from our expert instructors, who are dedicated to making your introduction to freediving both enjoyable and memorable.
