What to Expect
Join us for a 3-day freediving initiation along the west coast of Martinique! This course is designed for those eager to experience a complete immersion into freediving, ideal for beginners. The program includes a variety of dives such as static apnea, dynamic apnea, and vertical freediving. Over the first two days, you will spend time mastering breathing techniques and static apnea, followed by dynamic and vertical freediving sessions. On the third day, you will solidify your knowledge with theory lessons and further vertical freediving practice.
The course offers a unique opportunity to explore stunning dive sites like Anse du Four, Anse Noire, Épave du Nahoon, and Les Anses d'Arlet. These locations boast vibrant marine life and fascinating underwater landscapes. The trial dives take place in calm waters, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. Theory lessons are conducted in a relaxed setting, allowing you to learn at your own pace.
With small group sizes, each participant receives individual attention from our experienced instructors. All necessary equipment is provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful dive. The course is crafted to instill confidence and provide a thorough introduction to the world of freediving, making it perfect for anyone looking to dive deeper into this exciting sport.
