Do not wait any longer and join us for a full-day freediving initiation along the west coast of Martinique! This course is ideal for those who want a more in-depth initiation with a full-day experience. It includes a breathing course with practical dry exercises, a static apnea session in a protected environment, and a 1.5-hour session in a natural environment. During this session, you will practice vertical freediving departing from a boat, covering preparation before immersion, duck diving, finning, and safety protocols. A local site exploration may be offered, depending on conditions. You can also opt for the validation of the freediving initiation Level 1 FFESSM.
The course takes place in some of the most stunning locations along the west coast of Martinique. Possible freediving areas include Anse du Four, Anse Noire, Épave du Nahoon, and Anses d'Arlet. Each of these sites offers unique underwater landscapes and marine life to explore, from colourful coral reefs to fascinating wrecks. The experience is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, ensuring you get the most out of your time in the water.
Throughout the course, you will receive instruction from experienced guides who are there to support and ensure your safety at all times. The trial dives take place in a calm and sheltered environment, making them perfect for beginners. The theoretical part of the course is conducted in a relaxed setting, allowing you to learn and understand the essentials of freediving. This comprehensive approach ensures that by the end of the day, you will feel confident and excited about your new skills.
