Join us for a freediving spearfishing session along the west coast of Martinique! This comprehensive course is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of freediving spearfishing. The program begins with a breathing course featuring practical dry exercises that last for approximately 1 hour. Next, participants will engage in a static apnea session in a protected environment for around 2 hours. The highlight of the course is a natural environment session, lasting about 3 hours, where you will practice spearfishing. This session includes preparation for immersion, duck diving, finning, and essential safety protocols to ensure you practice apnea safely.
The course takes place in some of Martinique's most beautiful spots, such as Anse du Four, Anse Noire, Épave du Nahoon, and Anses d'Arlet. These locations are perfect for exploring underwater life and practicing your new skills. From observing vibrant marine life to learning the art of spearfishing, each dive site offers a unique experience. The trial dives occur in calm, sheltered waters, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for beginners. The theory part of the course is conducted in an engaging format, making it easy to absorb and understand.
