What to Expect

Navigate along Lake Skadar and Crnojevića River with our private boat trip with drinks included. Departing from Virpazar, you will glide through a narrow river canal framed by lush reeds and water willows. Passing under the nearby bridge, you will uncover the historic fortress Lesendro, known as the Key of Lake Skadar. This centuries-old structure offers stunning views of the National Park, complemented by the presence of various bird species. Feel the fresh air as you approach the point where Lake Skadar meets its richest tributary, the Morača River.

Continuing on, your journey will take you towards three picturesque islands: Mala Čakovica, Velika Čakovica, and Kamenik. The right side of these islets, surrounded by reeds and adorned with water lily fields, is truly captivating. Further along, you will pass through the scenic Pavlova strana fjord, offering a breathtaking viewpoint. Here, the rocky coast, with its abandoned houses and small hidden docks, provides an idyllic setting for a refreshing swim in Lake Skadar's inviting waters. After a relaxing dip, the boat will gently return you to Virpazar.

We meet at our information desk, 30 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find free and paid parking nearby.
