What to Expect

Our private snowboard lessons in Tignes are designed for children from 8 years old as well as adults who want to progress at their own pace. Whether it’s your first time on a board or you’re looking to refine your skills, the instructor will tailor the session to your level and goals, helping you build confidence and make steady progress on the snow. You’ll start by getting familiar with your equipment and learning the fundamentals of snowboarding, which will provide a solid foundation for more advanced techniques.

For more experienced riders, the focus will be on improving technique, balance, and control, as well as riding steeper slopes with confidence. The instructor will guide you through exercises to refine your skills, enhance stability, and ensure you can enjoy a smooth and controlled ride on a variety of terrains.

If you prefer a more social experience, you can also book a small private group of up to 8 participants. All riders should have a similar level so that everyone can benefit equally from the instruction and enjoy progressing together.

Meeting Time

We meet on the snow front of Tignes le Lac, at the bottom of the Centre magic carpet, next to the terrace of Hôtel Le Levanna, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level
