What to Expect

In these kids ski lessons, children aged between 2.5 and 4 years, along with a parent or trusted adult, are introduced to snow sports. Located in the charming ski resort of Grächen, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities, this ski course offers a wonderful introduction to skiing. The course takes place in the specially designed children's area, a safe and engaging environment where young skiers can feel comfortable. With a small group size of 4 to 6 children, each participant receives individual attention from experienced ski instructors and the popular mascot, Snowli, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience.

The children are playfully introduced to the basics of skiing, including standing, walking, sliding, and gliding on skis. These fundamental skills are crucial for building confidence and ensuring children feel at ease on the slopes. The focus is on fun and games in the snow, allowing children to learn in a pleasant and stress-free environment. Throughout the session, the children also become familiar with their ski equipment, which is important for their safety and comfort on the slopes.

Meeting Time

We meet at the respective sign at the assembly point at Hannigalp mountain station, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.

For people who accompany their children to lessons, the cable cars offer single rides. A ticket for the ski area can be purchased at the tourist office or at the Hannigalpbahn valley station. Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• The maximum group size is 6 participants per group

• The minimum amount of participants for this course to take place is 4

• If there are fewer than 4 children per group, the children can take part in the Snowgarden group lessons

• The parents show the children exercises on short skis
