Turn your dream into reality and learn how to snowboard! The best way to do so is to engage in some nice snowboarding lessons for beginners from 8 years old in Ruhpolding. Located in Upper Bavaria, the Westernberg ski area is small but nice. That is, especially for snowboard first-timers, a surplus!
Our well-trained snowboard instructors guarantee a lot of fun and success. Divided into small groups according to skills and age, you will receive excellent technical training that equips you with the necessary skill basis for everything that follows. Ranging from first turns on the front- and backside to keeping balance on the board, we will provide an optimal learning atmosphere without excessive demand. Optimal slopes and downhill runs appropriate for beginners support the learning progress. And who knows, maybe some of you will already be able to conquer one or another obstacle.
Meeting Time
We meet 10 minutes before the start of the lessons at our ski rental hut at the meeting place, Westernberg. The cabin is located at the beginning of the car park at the entrance to Ruhpolding.
Ski pass
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office.

Hagen as a teacher is simply great, takes his time with everyone and immediately recognizes mistakes. I started out a little afraid of snowboarding and on the second day of the course I felt really confident and slowly learned how to take turns and understood the basics. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to snowboard, rather than on their own. The slope is also very beginner-friendly and not very steep which is very relaxing. Overall very good course and good (and patient) teacher!
