The instructor was very thorough with theory and took all the time needed in the water for my insecurities. I did a Discover Scuba Diving Course prior to this one, and I wasn’t explained how to manage my breathing at all, not even a mention of it. At Atlantis is this a must know! I was taught how to breathe to achieve the depth or go shallower, which therefore changed my diving experience completely and for that I am thankful!"
