You will start with exercises at the bottom of the water: management of your breathing with the regulator, mask exercises, management of the stabilising jacket, and many other, which will allow you to reach 20 metres in complete safety. Our state-certified diving instructors will accompany you throughout the course to ensure that you are fully supported. The diving area will be chosen according to the weather conditions, but our favourite sites are in the Calanques National Park and especially around the Frioul archipelago.
