Meeting & Preparation We meet at the appointed time at our dive centre in Vrsar. If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the centre or at the camping site car park. Please bring your dive certificate and logbook with you. After you have filled in the customer card, liability release and health statement, we will give you a briefing about the dive centre premises and you get the necessary dive equipment. Then you will meet your PADI professional and start the refresher course. Course content The first part of the course is about the dive theory. Important safety concepts and basics of dive planning are part of it. Then the assembly of the diving equipment is practiced. In the water of our house bay, Porto Sole, we practice the most important diving skills. This course is a good starting point and a cheaper alternative to the Open Water course, which allows you to take part in diving excursions accompanied by a professional diver and get to know the exciting underwater world! Goal of the course After successful completion of the course contents, you will receive an internationally recognized diving certification as a PADI Scuba Diver. With this, you can take part in diving activities up to 12 m depth within the scope of the acquired knowledge and skills, accompanied by a professional diver (instructor or divemaster). Meeting & Preparation At best, you come to our diving centre already 1 or 2 days before the beginning of the course, so we can get to know each other, and we can already take care of the bureaucracy. This includes the first 3 theory modules as well as confined water modules 1 to 3 and open water dives 1 and 2. The confined water lessons take place in the shallow part of our Porto Sole bay. For open water dives 1 and 2 you will dive to the deeper part of our home reef.
