Equipped with a float and fins, you can move easily, while taking advantage of the current and waves of the Sarine. There were four of us, with two children (10 and 12 years old). The guide was great, and the course was very fun. We do a lot of sports and were worried it would be too easy or too "touristy," but not at all: 8.5-meter jumps, beautiful slides, and guaranteed thrills.
