Even the arrival and check-in process was very pleasant. We were complete beginners and had absolutely no experience. We received such a thorough briefing, a great guide, and a great group, especially since there were only five of us. We can highly recommend it – great fun, tons of action, and lots of adrenaline! If you have no experience, you should definitely book the beginner tour first. That's exactly what we did; we made the right choice. We had to complete two big jumps, a water slide, and a whole lot of climbing routes. We were pretty exhausted afterward, even though we're athletic. If we ever vacation in Tyrol again, guys, we'll be back! Before we began, our guide explained how to paddle and which commands he would use. Then we launched the raft together. There, we gained our first experience with the raft, the water, and the waves. Our guide gave us lots of safety information. We tackled high waves and swam alongside the raft during calmer sections of the river.
