As a sports science student, his expertise was immediately apparent: he confidently and with great composure ensured our safety, so we felt completely at ease at all times. At the same time, we had a blast – we had an incredible time and simply a fantastic experience on the water! After a very friendly welcome, we received our wetsuits, left our valuables in a lockable storage area, and were driven to the starting point in a minibus. Before we began, our guide explained how to paddle and which commands he would use. Then we launched the raft together. There, we gained our first experience with the raft, the water, and the waves. Our guide gave us lots of safety information. We tackled high waves and swam alongside the raft during calmer sections of the river. Overall, it was a very varied tour with fantastic views and a guide who always made us feel completely safe. To finish off, we were able to enjoy a hot shower.

There were four of us, including the guide. The tour was really cool, with lots of exciting parts. I was there with my two children and we had a great time. I highly recommend it – definitely challenging, but a very enjoyable experience.
