They were incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the entire tour. Every step was explained clearly, making everyone feel safe and confident, regardless of their experience level. What impressed us the most was how wonderfully they interacted with our children. Whenever they felt nervous about a jump, one of the guides would jump together with them, giving them the confidence they needed to overcome their fears. Their kindness, encouragement, and genuine care made the experience unforgettable for our whole family. The professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy of the entire team turned this adventure into one of the highlights of our trip to Madeira. Super fun activity. We were a private group with 5 children between 9 and 14 years old and two adults. The guidance was very professional and very attentive. The surroundings were beautiful and the morning was completely according to expectations. Various small and large descents and cooling dives in the cold water. Top activity that we would book again.

My 9 year old son and I did the tour Ribeira das Cales and we can highly recommend it! It was awesome, even though the weather was cold and it was raining. My son had a lot of fun and after almost 3 hours in cold water wanted to do the whole tour all over again!
