Absolutely. Great support. The lead trainer was supporting from the beginning. We rented the gear previous day, managed the ski pass. Michael is a super relaxed, friendly ski instructor who not only skis really well, but can also pass on his knowledge wonderfully in the form of numerous helpful exercises. Due to heavy traffic, we were unfortunately 20 minutes late for the afternoon course. That wasn't a problem at all and he even made the 20 minutes longer at the back. We also benefited from his tips on things to do in the area. Thanks!
