Highly recommend Skischule Neustift Olympia! The whole team was so friendly. Nika at the rentals was incredibly warm, helpful with the gear, and gave great local tips. My instructor, Lily, was amazing. She was patient, enthusiastic, and significantly improved my snowboarding. She even filmed me riding, so I have a wonderful video memory! To top it off, when I lost my bag on the bus to Neustift, Lily went completely above and beyond her job to help me get it back. Outstanding service and an amazing experience overall. Best wishes to them!

My daughter went skiing for the first time and had a blast! The ski instructors were all fantastic with the children, and even booking a last-minute lesson wasn't a problem at all. Because it was the late season, there seemed to be more instructors than children, which really ensured excellent supervision. We'll definitely be back, and thanks again from Pauli too! :)
