Yes, swimming ability is required to participate. The minimum age is 10 during the winter season and 4 during the summer season, due to different water levels.
At the base, there are changing rooms, showers and toilets available for you to use. You can change and leave your personal belongings there before the tour starts.
The tour includes a high-quality raft, all necessary rafting gear (wetsuit, neoprene jacket, socks, life jacket, helmet), a certified guide, transfer to the start and back to the base, photos/videos, and small snacks and drinks.
You should bring swimwear, a second pair of trainers that can get wet, a towel, a glasses strap if needed, and sunscreen.
