Snorkeling site
The marine life in the Ponta da Piedade area is very vibrant, diverse and covered in a lively flora and fauna. Depending on the current, visibility and personal conditions, we choose the best spot of the day for you. Enjoy schools of fish swimming by, discover the different colorful plants, corals and sponges clinging on to the rocky landscape or perhaps sight an octopus exploring the reefs crevices. Pay attention to details to also not miss the interesting little creatures of the marine ecosystem, like unique looking sea snails.

Programme
- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at the dive center at the port of Lagos. You can park your car in the area around the harbor for free. We can also organize a free pick-up service in the Lagos area (to be arranged after your booking). At our base, you get to know your guide and receive your snorkeling equipment. Before heading out with the boat, you can use the toilet facilities or put any valuables or items you don't want to bring along, in a personal locker.
- Snorkeling:
As soon as all participants are ready, we walk out to the boat, which is located right in front of the dive center. A guide, will take you to the snorkeling spot where you can experience the fascinating underwater world of the Algarve. The local expert can tell you a lot about the local flora and fauna, but he will also be happy to give you tips on snorkeling techniques. If you like, you can also request a personal guide.
- Return:
After the adventure, we return to the dive center, where you can rinse off the salt water.
