Your day begins in the charming village of Virpazar, where our team will greet you and give you a quick overview of the trip ahead. From there, you’ll board a traditional wooden boat, reserved just for you and your group, ensuring an intimate and relaxed experience.

As we gently navigate through narrow canals lined with reeds, you’ll catch sight of the Lesendro Fortress — a weathered stone sentinel rising from the water, once known as the “Key of Lake Skadar.” While its days of guarding the lake are long gone, it remains a peaceful sanctuary for local birdlife and a striking landmark on your route. The highlight of the journey is a stop at the remarkable Kom Monastery, perched on Odrin Hill and reachable only by boat. This 15th-century monastery feels like a step back in time, with its tall bell tower and centuries-old frescoes reflecting Montenegro’s medieval artistry and spiritual traditions.
