Start your tour in Virpazar, a charming fishing village nestled on the shores of the lake. From here, the boat meanders through a quaint river channel flanked by fields of reeds and willows. As you emerge onto the expansive waters of Lake Skadar, the impressive Vranjina Island with its twin peaks greets you, rising majestically from the largest lake in southern Europe.

The next highlight is the Vranjina Monastery, perched high above the Morača delta on the southeastern side of the island. A short ten-minute walk uphill leads you to the Church of St. Nicholas, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake and the Morača River, lined with willows. This vantage point makes the visit truly worthwhile. On the return journey to Virpazar, we will make a refreshing stop along the way for a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the lake.
