- Preparation:
We meet at our base in Castellane, where you will be equipped. Then you will receive a briefing by your guide during which you should listen attentively. He gives you instructions on how to handle the paddle, information regarding your safety, and he explains the characteristics of the course. Now that you are ready to challenge the whitewater, you take a bus that brings you to the starting point.
- Tour:
During the tour we cross rapids, swim down rapids, jump off rocks and discover the geology of the Verdon.
- Return:
At the end it will be necessary to give a hand to the guide to deflate and roll the rafts to carry them to the bus which transports us back to our base.
