We meet at our base in Castellane, where you will be equipped. Then you will receive a briefing by your guide during which you should listen attentively. He gives you instructions on how to handle the paddle, information regarding your safety, and he explains the characteristics of the course. Now that you are ready to challenge the whitewater, you take a bus that brings you to the starting point.
