Then you get to know your SSI instructor and get a briefing about the premises and the exact procedure of the course. Course content In this complete beginner course, you will learn the necessary diving theory in 5 modules with the help of books, DVDs and presentations by the instructor. This theoretical part ends with a final test. The practical training takes place in the sea - we complete 5 modules in the shallow area of our house bay with dives up to 5m in depth and 4 training dives in open water with dives up to 18m depth (for children only up to 12m). "A super friendly dive guide who gave me and my two boys (11 and 12) excellent instructions and, above all, exuded a great sense of security. Everything else was perfectly organized.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn't quite what we had hoped for, but of course, the dive center can't be blamed for that! 😉
In any case, we're currently discussing whether we should book a second dive. We can wholeheartedly recommend Shark Diving Center.
