Meeting & Preparation At best, you come by our diving centre already 1-2 days before the beginning of the course, so we can get to know each other, and we can already take care of the bureaucracy. Otherwise, we meet at the agreed time at our diving centre in Vrsar. If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the centre or at the camping site car park. There you get to know your PADI instructor and get a briefing about the premises and the exact procedure of the course. Course content The focus of the course is to practice problem-solving skills until they become a habit. You will also learn how to become a better buddy. By expanding your theoretical knowledge with the help of a book, DVD, and instructor presentation and by doing various rescue exercises in the water, you strengthen your diving skills. Some topics in the course are self-rescue, emergency management and the rescue of other divers. From a total of more than 25 exciting diving spots, 7 are large shipwrecks at a depth of 30 – 40 m. If your last dive was more than 2 months ago, you should do an easy dive to check yourself before you go to a wreck. In our dive center, you will find everything you need for a successful dive! Dive Area Depending on the weather, currents and daily program, we select the best dive sites to guarantee you an unforgettable experience (Some of these are: Baron Gautsch, Hans Schmidt, Giuseppe Dezza, Maona, Coriolanus, John Gilmore and Varese.). We are also happy to take your wishes into account. The dive sites are very different and can be combined so that you have a varied diving experience. You can dive to two wrecks or combine the wreck with a reef dive, which gives you an optimal experience. Programme - Meeting & Preparation: We await you at our dive centre in Vrsar. If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the centre or at the camping site car park. After you have filled in the customer card, liability release and health statement, we will give you a briefing about the course of the dive and show you the premises.
