I'd wanted to go canyoning for years, I finally took the plunge and I absolutely didn't regret it. I had a fabulous time, I felt completely safe and very well supervised. Letting yourself be carried by the river, in the magnificent setting of the Verdon, is an excellent way to let go, a sport, and pure relaxation. There's a little adrenaline rush during the jumps, which aren't mandatory; everyone goes at their own level, no pressure. I recommend it 200% and I'll definitely be back for a kayak or rafting trip! 👍🏼
