Gaia was a fantastic instructor: she guided us step by step, carefully correcting our movements. We laughed a lot during the lesson and had a great time, while also learning the basics of skiing. It was a truly enjoyable experience that allowed us to ski and have fun safely.

Despite the difficulties in arriving (bad weather) and my inexperience as a snowboarder, I found the instructor (in my case Diego) ready to welcome me and then patiently explain everything to me, including ski passes and lifts. By the end of the lesson, we even made up for the time lost at the beginning. It was a lot of fun and, above all, practical. Frequent phone calls were ALWAYS there for me, both the instructor and the school's headquarters.
