First of all, it was a very smooth and flawless process to place an order and find/select instructors. Very customer oriented and friendly administrator/manager who stayed on top of all our bookings and in touch with us prior, during and post trainings regarding time, meeting point, updates requested by us, language preferences, etc. Secondly, very professional, positive and friendly instructor, Lucy, who has been assigned to us. We enjoyed a lot all the time on the slopes, managed to polish and improve our skills thanx to Lucy and her professional eye to catch mistakes and ability to very well explain what needs to be addressed. We can highly recommend Lucy for different levels since we were a blended team of beginning, intermediate and advanced skiers.
