They welcome you in Spanish, and as you board the boat, the captain, who doesn't speak Spanish and wasn't going to speak it either, tells me that if not, she'll be there for three hours instead of just a one-hour tour... that's not my problem. I paid for a boat ride with explanations in Spanish that I didn't receive. If you don't know English or Italian, stay away from this company. They'll ignore you. What a shame. I would have liked to understand something about the explanation, not just see three caves in two seconds and spend eight minutes swimming."

On the day of the trip, an hour before our outing, it was a deluge. I headed to the meeting place and they immediately reassured me by telling me that on the radar it would stop raining at 5pm. And so it was. For the occasion they also gave us a boat just for us girls. The trip was enjoyed by everyone and with Mr. Carmelo's explanations everything was more engaging. 100% highly recommended!"
