What to Expect

These ski lessons for adults and teens from 14 years old in Zell am See are designed for intermediate and advanced skiers who are confident on red slopes and want to refine their technique. Set in the stunning Schmittenhöhe - Zell am See - Kaprun ski resort, which boasts 77 kilometres of slopes, the area offers a diverse range of terrain for perfecting your skills. With small groups of up to 5 participants, these lessons provide an intimate and personalised learning environment, guided by experienced instructors using the latest teaching and training methods.

At the start of the lesson, your ski instructor will make a short analysis of your skiing skills, identifying areas for improvement and giving you immediate tips and tricks to enhance your performance. Your technique will be refined with targeted exercises tailored to your level, ensuring steady progress and boosting your confidence. These focused methods are designed to help you ski more safely and with greater enjoyment. Intermediate skiers will work on improving their parallel skiing, mastering turns, and navigating steeper, more varied terrain with increased control and confidence. For advanced skiers, the focus shifts to honing carving techniques, enhancing precision, and tackling steep descents like the iconic "Trass" downhill run, with gradients of up to 70%.

Whether you are refining edge control, balance, or dynamic turns, these workshop-like lessons ensure noticeable improvements.They are designed to combine technical improvement with enjoyable, varied exercises, ensuring that you leave with increased confidence and the ability to handle more challenging slopes in the stunning setting of Zell am See.

Meeting Time

Please visit the selected ski school office either the day before or on the day of the lesson, latest 45 minutes before the lesson. The offices are located at the bottom stations of the following cable cars: AreitXpress, CityXpress and TrassXpress.

For the actual lesson: We will meet 5 minutes before the start of the lesson at the top station of the Areitbahn III, next to the Bründl Sports Drive-In.

When you come to one of our ski school offices before the start of your lesson, you will get all the information about what ski pass you will need.
