What to Expect

These adult ski lessons at the picturesque Grossglockner/Heiligenblut ski resort are perfect for first timers eager to embrace the joy of skiing amidst breathtaking alpine scenery. With the 3,798-meter Grossglockner, Austria's tallest mountain, as a stunning backdrop, the resort offers 55 kilometers of slopes catering to all abilities. Gentle, beginner-friendly descents provide the ideal setting for learning in a safe environment.

On the first day, participants are grouped based on experience level, with no more than 12 people per group to ensure personalized guidance. Our patient and experienced instructors focus on helping you master the fundamentals, including the snowplough technique, controlling speed, and navigating gradual turns. You will also gain confidence in handling your ski gear, making each step of the journey enjoyable and stress-free.

No matter your age, it’s always the perfect time to start! These lessons offer a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, combining skill development with the camaraderie of learning alongside others. Make the most of your time on the slopes, and experience how skiing can bring both fun and a sense of accomplishment at any age.

Meeting Time

We meet in the ski school office, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson. From the second day on, the meeting point may vary. Your instructor will inform you about that on the first day.

Ski Pass

First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.
