These adult ski lessons at the picturesque Grossglockner/Heiligenblut ski resort are perfect for first timers eager to embrace the joy of skiing amidst breathtaking alpine scenery. With the 3,798-meter Grossglockner, Austria's tallest mountain, as a stunning backdrop, the resort offers 55 kilometers of slopes catering to all abilities. On the first day, participants are grouped based on experience level, with no more than 12 people per group to ensure personalized guidance. Our patient and experienced instructors focus on helping you master the fundamentals, including the snowplough technique, controlling speed, and navigating gradual turns. You will also gain confidence in handling your ski gear, making each step of the journey enjoyable and stress-free.

Meeting Time
We meet in the ski school office, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson. From the second day on, the meeting point may vary. Your instructor will inform you about that on the first day.

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
