What to Expect

These private ski lessons for kids aged 4 and older at the stunning Grossglockner/Heiligenblut ski resort are designed for kids of all levels, whether they are complete novices or already have experience on the slopes. The breathtaking alpine scenery and Austria’s tallest mountain, the 3,798-meter Grossglockner, provide the perfect backdrop for learning, with 55 kilometers of slopes catering to all abilities.

Your child receives one-on-one or small-group attention tailored to their skill level and individual needs. For beginners, the focus is on building confidence, mastering basic techniques like the snowplough for speed control, and learning to navigate gentle turns on beginner-friendly slopes. More advanced skiers will refine their parallel turns, improve carving techniques, and tackle steeper terrain with precision. Each session is designed to challenge and inspire your child while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Private lessons provide the ultimate personalized experience, allowing our patient and skilled instructors to adapt the lesson pace and focus to match your child’s progress and goals. Whether it’s their first time strapping into ski boots or they’re eager to take their skills to the next level, these lessons combine expert guidance with plenty of encouragement to make every moment on the slopes fun and rewarding.

Meeting Time

We meet in the ski school office, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson. From the second day on, the meeting point may vary. Your instructor will inform you about that on the first day.

Ski Pass

First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

Advanced skiers need a ski pass for the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the valley lift station before the first lesson.
