These private snowboarding lessons at the breathtaking Grossglockner/Heiligenblut ski resort are perfect for kids aged 4 and older as well as adults. They are designed for all skill levels—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique. Set against the stunning backdrop of the 3,798-meter Grossglockner, Austria’s tallest mountain, and with 55 kilometers of slopes catering to every ability, this resort offers the ideal environment to learn or enhance your snowboarding skills.
Our private lessons are tailored to each individual’s age, skill level, and goals, ensuring a personalized experience. Beginners will focus on essential snowboarding fundamentals, including balance, skating, gliding, and mastering your first turns. You’ll also learn how to safely stop and gain confidence in controlling your board on gentle slopes. For those with experience, lessons will cover refining turns, improving edge control, and building confidence on steeper terrain or more varied snow conditions. There is also a snowboard fun park that can be used during lessons.
Private lessons offer the perfect blend of one-on-one or small-group coaching with patient and skilled instructors who adapt the pace and focus of each session to suit your needs. Whether it’s a child discovering snowboarding for the first time or an adult aiming to improve their skills, these lessons are designed to inspire progress, build confidence, and make every moment on the slopes enjoyable and rewarding.
We meet in the ski school office, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson. From the second day on, the meeting point may vary. Your instructor will inform you about that on the first day.
First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.
