What to Expect

These ski lessons in the beautiful Kaltenbach area are ideal for adults who either want to learn how to ski, or who want to build on their skills. Nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, the Kaltenbach resort offers a variety of slopes that cater to all skill levels. With modern facilities and breathtaking alpine views, it is the perfect place to embark on your skiing journey. The resort’s wide and gently sloping beginner areas are perfect for those new to skiing, while more advanced skiers can challenge themselves on the steeper runs.

In our group courses, learning is even more enjoyable amongst like-minded individuals. Beginners will start by becoming familiar with their equipment, learning how to safely strap on their skis and glide on the snow. They will practice their first turns on the gentle beginners slopes, mastering essential skills such as balance and control. These foundational skills are crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes. As they progress, beginners will experience the thrill of making their first descent on an easy slope, an achievement that marks a significant step in their skiing journey.

For those with more experience, our lessons focus on refining technique and expanding skills. Intermediate skiers will work on the art of parallel skiing and mastering more complex maneuvers. With supportive guidance, they will tackle steeper slopes, honing their ability to ski with precision and fluidity. Our maximum group size of 12 people ensures personalized attention from our skilled instructors, allowing each participant to progress at their own pace. Whether you are aiming to perfect your technique or conquer new challenges, these lessons provide an enriching and rewarding experience.

Meeting Time

After you have purchased your ski pass, take the red gondola on the left to the top station (the second stop). From there, you will walk about 50 meters to the left to reach our meeting points.

Pick up course cards from children the day before or by 09:00 at the main office 50 meters in front of the Kaltenbach valley station

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 5 participants

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Assembly Point 2 and the children’s park are located within the ski area. Please allow 15–20 minutes for the gondola ride from the valley to the ski area.

• The ski pass is not included in the price of the ski lesson.
