I was a complete beginner at snowboarding. Before the lesson, I practiced with more experienced snowboarders and fell so often that I arrived at the lesson with throbbing knees. My fear that it would continue like that turned out to be unfounded. My instructor started from scratch – exactly what a complete beginner needs – and then very patiently and calmly taught me the basic movement patterns. In total, I had 3.5 hours of lessons, at the end of which I was able to ski easy slopes on my own. Highly recommended! On my next trip to the Zillertal, I'll gladly come back to Optimal School to refresh and improve my skills.

All the instructors were German-speaking and incredibly friendly, and my 4-year-old son improved dramatically within 4 days and can now ski down a blue slope on his own. We'll definitely be back next year.
