I took two courses with different instructors. Felix was really great. He showed me incredibly helpful skills that I can easily practice on my own. He also explained everything clearly, so you really understand why things work. He challenged me quite a bit and even pushed me a little beyond my limits, which was incredibly motivating. The second course was okay too. It included some good exercises that mainly improved my balance.
